The Good Search Recruits the Chief Technology Officer of Murmuration
Westport, CT: The Good Search successfully recruited Heidi Williams as Chief Technology Officer at Murmuration, a nonprofit organization that amplifies the power of civic engagement with data, tools, and research. Ms. Williams joined Murmuration in May 2024 to develop and grow a large technology team and provide strong management, direction, and technical leadership. Ms. Williams is responsible for assessing new and emerging external technologies and serving as a speaker and technical ambassador.

In her 25+ year career, Ms. Williams led several 1.0 initiatives focused on B2B and Platforms, including serving as Head of Engineering for Grammarly Business, Vice President of Platform Engineering at Box, and leading various engineering teams at Adobe.
Additionally, Ms. Williams has served as the Founder of WEST, an independent platform that connects women with knowledgeable mentors based on their development goals. She was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of tEQuitable, an independent, confidential platform that helps companies create a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
Ms. Williams is a technical advisor for PaymentWorks and Raise For Good. Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.
